My life for the past few weeks!

ok! Its been so long that I didn't update my blog! So today I decided to updated what had happened in my life for the past few weeks! First thing first, I am still working as an intern for Jeaneen Lund, and things are better than ever due to the fact that I had a chance to work as a Music video documentary (behind the scene) photographer yesterday! And let me tell you, it was awesome! I will probably upload some for those pictures as soon as I finish retouch them and ask for the permission to post them. In the mean time, I will post some more portrait pictures of my previous shoot with Anthony. (actually just one more , I really don't have time to retouch all of them within these few days, I mean after all, one picture took me like 3 or 4 hours to retouch them)

Beside intern, and fixing pictures, I am also working on designing business card for me and anthony! Hopefully I could nail the design and print them by next week or so. Last but not least, the movie-still picture that took by Anthony and I got selected into the finalist around of Best of College photographer Annual 2008 for Photographer's Forum!!! If we win(IF), we could have A NEW CAR, A NEW MOTOR BOAT, A NEW RV and so on... or to be more realistically, a new camera flash system. If we are able to get any of the awards, our work will still be printed on their annual issue for 2008! I will updated more about this on my next post.

PS: I need a part-time job! If anyone know or have any connection that could get me a
part-time job, please leave me a message or something ! I beg you ! thanks!
(Don't tell me to go look it up on craigslist, career builder or monster! I tried already!!!!)

Cheers!

China Town Parade

You know I never understand what is the reason of celebrating a second new year(lunar year), while the first one are just days away before! Don't get me wrong, I love the money (red envelope) , the holiday food or even the celebration part of the holiday; however, I don't see a point of celebrate here in United States. A melting pot that melt away your own unique culture into one of those generic Americanize-foreign culture. By-product of such culture: Fortune Cookie, Orange Chicken, pizza, Burritos and so on... But I guess by attending this year China Town Parade kind of change me in a better way! Want to know how I feel now? Here are some of the photo I took that day, some of them may be offensive in a way! I here by apologize, these are only my observations:
